Dana-Megan trained as a lawyer and developed deep technical and operational expertise through her approach to every challenge: with curiosity, a pursuit of excellence, and a natural instinct for understanding how all the pieces connect to solve difficult problems. She effortlessly communicates across engineering, legal, executive, and analyst teams, and she takes ownership of problems that become stuck between these groups. 

With over twenty years of proven results in Fortune 100 companies, critical infrastructure, and government sectors, she recognizes patterns others overlook, identifies the critical risks, and cuts through the clutter to keep organizations progressing. She brings the right people together, builds effective coalitions, and bridges tactical realities with strategic vision to develop actionable plans with clear outcomes. 

Dana-Megan has held leadership roles at TikTok, General Electric, Becton Dickinson, and Dragos, establishing enterprise Security Operations Centers, leading global incident response, and creating product security policies for medical devices used with regulators worldwide. She has secured and executed multi-million-dollar government contracts, and her cybersecurity frameworks have been adopted internationally as standards. 

The FBI appointed her as Sector Chief for Healthcare and Public Health in the National Capital Region of InfraGard. She led the U.S. Healthcare Intelligence Group's development, co-chaired the U.S. Healthcare Sector Coordinating Council International Task Force, and contributed to global AI policy at the G7 Summit Trinity Challenge. Despite rivalry, competing interests, and geopolitical complexities, she effectively brings stakeholders together to produce actionable plans. 

Dana-Megan is a licensed attorney in New York, holds credentials in organizational leadership from American University, and has completed specialized training through SANS, the FBI, and FDNY in Digital Forensic Incident Response and Intelligence. She regularly speaks events such as RSA Conference and the Executive Women’s Forum, and has provided private briefings to Congress, the FDA, and the Department of Justice.
